Each spice is cupped to test for flavor profile, natural sweetness, and body. The brewing process begins with whole spices that are ground fresh per batch. Then, our spices are slow steeped to build complexity. The result is a bold, balanced, and flavorful drink.

Dona Masala Chai is slow steeped w/ ginger, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorn, and organic, loose-leaf black tea. Just lightly sweetened.
